1. Definitions
"Service" means PdfAxe, accessible at pdfaxe.app as a web app and as downloadable desktop software. "Fivarto Group" ("we") is the company operating the Service. "User" ("you") is any individual or legal entity using the Service.
2. The Service
PdfAxe is an offline-capable PDF editor. PDF files are processed locally in your browser or on your device. We do not receive or store your documents on our servers unless you explicitly upload them for a specific feature.
3. Plans and payments
- Free plan: full editor with a watermark on exports and a daily limit of 1 edit.
- Individual Pro ($3.99/month or $29.99/year): no watermark, unlimited exports, priority support.
- B2B/Teams: annual company license priced by organization size — no per-seat fees.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. EU consumers have the right to a refund within 14 days of purchase (EU Consumer Rights Directive), unless the digital content has already been accessed and the consumer has waived the right to withdraw.
4. Acceptable use
You may not: reverse-engineer or decompile the Service; redistribute or resell the Service; attempt to bypass license restrictions; use the Service for unlawful purposes.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your files.
6. Intellectual property
PdfAxe, its logo, and underlying software are the property of Fivarto Group. Files you edit remain your property.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify registered users by email or via a notice on the site at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. For consumers in the EU, mandatory local consumer-protection laws also apply. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poland, without prejudice to consumer rights.
